The contours of this site divided the study into a south and north development. Through masterplanning, BGA determined a 420 unit yield for this intentionally designed community. The program developed intoa mixture of seniors, assisted living, townhomes and apartments dispersed along a creek. Our design intention was to utilize the geography to interconnect the buildings and hide the parkades. This masterplan assisted the client in determining construction phases and a proforma to allow them to move ahead with the project.
